Publications and Reviewers

      Dr. Li Zhou is a leading researcher in the field of plant physiology mainly involved in physiological and molecular mechanisms in grass species in response to various abiotic stresses such as drought, high temperature, salinity etc. He has been engaged in scientific research since 2010 and published more than 100 peer-reviewed articles worldwide in The Plant Journal, Journal of Integrative Plant Biology, Crop Science, Plant Cell & Physiology, Plant and Soil, Planta, Physiologia Plantarum, etc. He has joined the teaching and mentored many graduate and undergraduate students. As a senior reviewer, he reviews more than fifty manuscripts from Plant Biotechnology Journal, Molecular Ecology, Environmental and Experimental Botany, Industrial Crops and Products, Annals of Botany, Physiologia Plantarum, Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, Crop Science, etc. every year. In 2023, he was ranked as a world top 2% scientist in the field of Plant Biology & Botany.
